Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders (required)
- Eligible for, or currently completing, a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience (preferred but not required)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver therapy sessions in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams
- Participate in eligibility meetings and help develop IEP goals as appropriate
- Receive regular supervision and mentorship to support your professional growth
