Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | West Des Moines, Iowa

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) professionals passionate about working with pediatric populations. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure for SLP (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Strong foundational knowledge in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents for the best student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Foster an engaging and supportive therapy environment that encourages growth and confidence
