Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to starting.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
- Background in pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with staff, children, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for a diverse caseload.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy interventions.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication goals.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide training and resources to school staff as needed.
