Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to children’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster students’ success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and measure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
