Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Waipahu, HI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Motivated to work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments, track progress, and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and comply with all school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
