Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current and valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric SLP services preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ language and communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
