Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year to support students in a school-based setting in Tampa, FL. Various school placements and age groups are available, allowing you to find the best fit for your experience and preferences. This is not an itinerant role, and assignments will be within a consistent school placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support students across a variety of age groups and communication needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
