Speech Language Pathologist

Required Qualifications:
- Current TX SLP license or certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Bilingual Preferred but not required
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based caseloads, ideally in K–12 settings is preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services across K–12 grade levels
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in parent/guardian conferences and support staff with language development strategies
- Tailor therapy methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
