Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Hold either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with various communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress and advocate for effective interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all federal, state, and local guidelines for school-based services
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care
