Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Saint Albans, West Virginia

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Possession of ASHA CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Strong sense of teamwork and commitment to student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in varying age groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and psychologists, to optimize student care
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct intervention and consultation services per students' needs and district protocols
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
