Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Strong background in pediatric populations and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and individualized therapy to students
- Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with educators, parents, and other service providers
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input to support student success
- Engage in ongoing professional growth opportunities to enhance clinical skills
