An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to provide valuable services to students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This full-time, on-site position near the Saint Louis area focuses on supporting students’ communication skills and helping them achieve academic success. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to diverse student populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the Praxis exam for Speech-Language Pathology
- Provisional SLP license issued by the state of Missouri or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and adolescents
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs across grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
- Participate actively in student evaluation and eligibility meetings
- Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain timely student records and comply with school and state documentation standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year
