Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis exam
- Current provisional Missouri SLP license (or eligibility)
- Clinical Fellow (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) status
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to evidence-based speech and language intervention
- Ability to work across multiple campuses and collaborate with school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, primarily at elementary campuses
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Deliver services across multiple locations, with assignments including Trautwein Elementary School and Pattonville School District
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Take advantage of district-provided CFY supervision and mentorship
