Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Northfield, VT

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure(s) required for SLP practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Skillful communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative mindset and a dedication to inclusive, student-centered practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
- Consult with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of interventions and progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and advocating for student needs
