Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Barre, VT

Key qualifications for success:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) in Vermont or eligible to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech and language, with a dedication to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support educational goals and student success
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to optimize student progress
- Maintain clear documentation of evaluations, interventions, and student advances
- Provide guidance and support for students’ social, academic, and communicative development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-based approach to care
