Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Montpelier, VT

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY-supervision
- State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication and speech/language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Provide consultation, support, and resources to school staff and families
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy progress, evaluations, and required reports
- Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with evidence-based practices
