Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Comfortable working both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork in multi-disciplinary environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Assess, diagnose, and write treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Implement both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to meet students’ goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff
- Utilize technology for teletherapy services when needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
