Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
  • Comfortable working both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork in multi-disciplinary environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and write treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Implement both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies to meet students’ goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff
  • Utilize technology for teletherapy services when needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
