Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico (NMRLD) SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
- NMPED authorization (pending status accepted initially)
- SLP-CCC or CFY; background in pediatric speech therapy and school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student success and growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy and evaluations to students ages Pre-K through high school (final caseload determined by your preferred age range)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress, maintain timely documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage students in creative and effective interventions for speech and language development
