- Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of a current state SLP license
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Previous experience or clinical rotations in pediatric and/or school-based settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible communication for diverse student populations
Core responsibilities include:
- Conducting screening, evaluation, and assessment for students with communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Providing direct speech-language therapy across a range of abilities and needs

- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as needed
