Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services within a supportive school environment. The selected candidate will work with a K-6 caseload of approximately 55 students, helping them develop the communication skills needed for academic and social success.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
- Conduct evaluations and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
