Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and providing both individual and group interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support student development
- Document and track student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with teaching staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement IEPs and facilitate student success
- Consult and participate in team meetings, helping to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Balance your week by working three days at JS Walters Elementary and two days at Bonlee Elementary
