School Speech Language Pathologist - Carthage, New York

Qualifications:
- Active New York Speech-Language Pathologist license
- TSSLD credential (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based experience preferred, especially supporting IEP and speech improvement students
- Familiarity with elementary and secondary school caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to approximately 70-75 students (including 20-30 IEP students and 45-55 speech improvement students)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor student progress
- Deliver therapy primarily to K-4th grade at one elementary school, with additional caseload at middle and high school levels (totaling about 35 students across these grades)
- Support a wide variety of student needs within a positive and inclusive team
