Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active Georgia SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; CFY candidates encouraged
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders; prior schools experience is especially valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Deliver direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
