Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Current state licensure for SLP practice
- Previous experience in educational settings or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services based on students' IEPs and identified needs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize each student’s progress
- Maintain detailed records, meet compliance standards, and participate in team meetings as needed across all four sites
