Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school settings, working with K-12th grade students
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Develop, update, and monitor IEPs with measurable goals
- Document services, progress, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Deliver professional development or consultative support to staff as needed
