Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP licensure with ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Prior experience providing pediatric and school-based speech therapy services
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families
- Strong organizational skills to handle documentation and time management in a dynamic school environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary special education team
- Provide engaging therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Monitor progress, document services, and communicate growth with parents and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall academic and social success of each student
