Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
- Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and documentation practices
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Passion for fostering student growth in a K–12 educational setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development
