Qualifications:
- Active state SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or clinical training with pediatric populations in school-based settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and progress
