Qualifications:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience working in schools, especially at the high school level, preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for high school students
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster student success
- Create clear, thorough reports and contribute to IEP meetings
- Manage and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
