This full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday) focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students reach their communication goals.

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active FL DOH SLP license.
- Successful completion of background check/fingerprinting and ability to obtain or transfer a current JLA Badge.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as indicated by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Maintain all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings as a supportive team member.
- Partner with families and educators to develop strategies and techniques that foster student progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and trainings.
This contract offers a starting rate of $39+ per hour, based on experience. In addition to a rewarding work environment, you’ll be eligible for robust traditional full-time benefits.
