Key Qualifications:
- Possess valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Demonstrated experience working onsite in schools is required
- Expertise with pediatric populations, especially ages 3-12
- Familiarity with school-based caseload management, goal setting, and IEP development
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, student-centered setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting
- Develop individualized plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and other specialists to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for effective student interventions
- Deliver direct therapy services as well as consultation for instructional support
- Maintain timely records and compliance with educational standards
This position offers full-time hours (40 per week), with the contract stretching from your start date through June 2027. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ communication and academic growth, all while working within a supportive environment.
