Step into a fulfilling role supporting students’ communication and language growth as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving school communities for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers flexibility through a hybrid work arrangement, with specifics adaptable to your needs and the district’s requirements. You’ll be working onsite with opportunities for remote engagement, focused on enriching student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience delivering speech therapy services within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities with educators, families, and students
  • Adaptability to changing caseloads and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech-language and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Engage in both onsite and hybrid service delivery, as arranged with the district
