School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cantua Creek, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability for both onsite and potential hybrid environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with interdisciplinary teams, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and special education staff
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver services aligned with school guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Engage in consultation and training for teachers, parents, and support staff
- Support a diverse caseload spanning various grade levels and communication challenges
