Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ypsilanti, MI

Key Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan (SLP)
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellows with strong foundational skills
- Experience or enthusiasm for working collaboratively within Special Education environments
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload and adapt services to various age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to provide services onsite; open to candidates traveling for this position
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapeutic services to K-12 students
- Work collaboratively with special education teachers and school staff to tailor interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
- Engage with families and caregivers to support student progress and advocate for their needs
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
