Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MD

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience providing school-based speech and language services is a plus
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in alignment with IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialized staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer consultation and support within the school community, promoting speech and language development
