A K-12 school in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year on a contract basis. This full-time role offers approximately 35 hours per week with a caseload of 45-50 elementary students primarily diagnosed with Other Health Impairments (OHI), Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland SLP license.
- Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred but not required.
