Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with students K-8, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ needs and support academic achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates on student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
