School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge City, Indiana

In this role, you’ll work with a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students, guiding them to improved speech and language outcomes. There are two openings available: one for a certified SLP (CCC required), and a second that welcomes applications from both SLPs and SLPAs. Both positions provide the chance to exercise your expertise with a varied age group while contributing to the overall success of the school community.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid state license or eligibility as SLP or SLP - CCC for one role; SLPA credential accepted for the second opening
- Previous experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 70 students
- Commitment to engaging, individualized therapy plans and data-driven progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support to staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student progress reporting
