A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Ventura, CA, serving preschool students aged 3 to 5 years old. This contract role starts ASAP and runs through June 17, 2026. The position involves caseload management of up to 50 young children across multiple school sites, with collaborative support from another SLP on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and other therapy providers, including occupational therapists
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in virtual team meetings through Google Meet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings with preschool populations
- Knowledge of teletherapy techniques and tools
- SLPA experience in both school and healthcare environments is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Multiple school sites covered within Ventura, CA region
- Support available from another SLP at each site
- Spring break is scheduled from March 30 to April 10, 2026
