Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (MN SLP).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Thorough understanding of case management, progress monitoring, and direct/indirect therapy delivery.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a student caseload, providing both direct and indirect speech therapy services.
- Conduct speech/language assessments and help develop IEPs.
- Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, and communication needs according to IEP goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on student progress and services rendered.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive outcomes.
