School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Burlington, Wisconsin

Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Wisconsin
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teacher certification
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to a busy educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a wide range of speech and language challenges
- Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and individualized assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation as required by the district and state
- Monitor and report student progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities
