You’ll work closely with elementary-aged students (approximately 35 on your caseload) across 2-3 sites while enjoying the flexibility and comfort of working from home. Your collaboration will help drive student achievement and support their communication needs in a virtual setting.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or a related field
  • Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not required
  • Commitment to delivering engaging, effective teletherapy services
  • Positive, student-centered mindset, motivated by student success and your own professional growth
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a remote setting

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing speech therapy and intervention services virtually to elementary school students
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
  • Developing and implementing individualized education and therapy plans
  • Completing documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
  • Maintaining strong, proactive communication with all stakeholders
