Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting (onsite, not virtual)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied caseloads in educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students aged 3-12, utilizing individualized treatment plans
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention strategies to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multi-disciplinary team
- Adapt therapy techniques to best serve diverse student needs and learning styles
