Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Buffalo, New York

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) completed or in progress
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Demonstrated skill working with K-12 populations, tailoring interventions to individual needs
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Evaluate students for speech/language disorders, complete assessments, and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans to support student communication and academic progress
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, caregivers, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain organized records and progress notes to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional growth activities
