Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and create individualized therapy plans for each student
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing students’ unique needs and goals
- Work alongside teachers, support staff, and administrators to implement recommended accommodations and foster student inclusion
- Track student progress, adapting interventions in response to ongoing evaluation
