Speech Language Pathologist in Buda, TX

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current, valid SLP licensure in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to varying caseloads or classroom settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services according to each student’s IEP
- Assess, diagnose, and address speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Support the RTI/MTSS process as appropriate
- Foster a positive, inclusive therapeutic environment for all learners
This contract position is full time, typically running from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 7.5-hour workday. You'll be based out of a local school, working within a supportive, collaborative team that values student growth and staff contributions.
