Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility in Washington
- Previous experience in a school environment, with preschool students preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and teams confidently
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Implement evidence-based practices in early childhood speech and language intervention
- Adapt to evolving school needs and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
