Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in Texas
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or passion for working with pediatric populations in school-based settings
- Expertise with individualized education programs (IEPs) and relevant documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP team meetings
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group formats
