- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 31 K-8th grade students
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive and welcoming environment that celebrates student diversity
