ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced CCC-SLP to join a school district in Brockton, Massachusetts, supporting their PreK Diagnostic Team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify and support students with developmental and communication needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development and feel comfortable working as part of a team focused on evaluation, assessment, and early intervention.

Setting: School-Based – PreK Diagnostic Team
Schedule: Full-Time
Assignment: Full 2026–2027 School Year
Start Date: Fall 2026
Work Setting: Onsite
What You’ll Do
Provide speech and language services to preschool-aged students
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations as part of the PreK Diagnostic Team
Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with other specialists
Develop recommendations and appropriate goals based on student needs
Support the development and implementation of IEPs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and IEP meetings
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers
Help identify communication needs and support early developmental and educational success
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
SLPs with pediatric, early intervention, outpatient, or other clinical experience who are interested in transitioning into a school-based setting are encouraged to apply!
