Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position working with Pre-K and early education students. This role focuses on early childhood speech and language development, making it an excellent opportunity to support foundational communication skills during critical developmental stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to Pre-K and early childhood students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for young learners
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and/or early intervention plans
- Address speech, language, articulation, and social communication delays
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure state and federal compliance
- Support early language development and school readiness skills
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (REQUIRED)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience in early intervention, Pre-K, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and therapy for young children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
