Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Stowe, VT

Work closely with a dedicated team of educators and specialists to make a meaningful difference for a caseload of 25-30 elementary students. This position follows the traditional academic year calendar, starting August 19th, 2026 and ending June 12th, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary students
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse learning needs and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and develop individualized plans
- Provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication challenges to students in grades K-5
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
