Qualifications:

  • Active Vermont SLP license is required
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of pediatric and school-based SLP services a plus
  • Prior school experience preferred, though not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services both one-on-one and within groups
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ educational plans
